It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Constance Runnels of Easton, Maryland, born in Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Forrest Keith and Bertha Mary Campbell; and her husband Joseph Brent Runnels. She is survived by : her stepdaughters, Susan G. Wilton of Missouri City, TX and Robin A. Dick of Rotonda West, FL; her stepgrandchildren, Suzanne, Christine and Kelly; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ryan, John Douglas, Katherine, Colin and Olivia.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Stroke Foundation, 5960 Dearborn, Mission, Kansas 66202.
