He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hayes, Sr. and Mary Margaret Hooker Hayes; his brother Ricky Hayes; and his uncle Louis Hooker. He is survived by: his daughter Christina Cugle (Jeremy); his grandsons, Ashley Mohlhenrich (Travis), Max and Brooks; and his siblings, Charles Hayes, Jr. of Falls Church, VA, Irvin W. Hayes (Kathleen) of Easton, Vincent M. Hayes (Connie) of Easton, David Hayes (Dawn) of Alaska and Teresa Haslup (Thomas) of Easton. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
