She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Cecil, Sr. and Loretta Constance Cecil; her brother Billy Cecil; and her husband Jimmy Perry of Preston, MD. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Perry Callahan (Jim); her grandchildren, Tim Callahan and Candi Miller (Gavin); her siblings-in-law, Donald Perry (Linda) and Joedy Cecil; her nieces and nephews, Cory Cecil, Carol Ludwigsen (Art), Bobby Sharp (Vickie) and Cathy Foreman; Debbie Willey, Cindy Saulsbury, Sonny, Terri and Ryan Snow.
