She is survived by: her husband Tom Starken of Preston, MD; her children, Keirsa, Andrew Buckingham of Hurlock, MD and Kyle Starken of Ellicott City, MD.; and her siblings, John (Detta Comnick), Twyla (Gordy Barber), Dennis (Claire Comnick) and Bruce (Joleen Comnick).
