He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Marie Bailey and Johnnie Percy Bailey; his wife Mona Johnson; his son Steven; and his brothers, John W. Wilson and Edwin L. Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly and Tevin; his stepdaughter Michelle Boulden-Hammond (Elvis); and his siblings, Joseph W. Wilson (Betty), Anthony P. Bailey and Pamela Bailey-Graham. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four nieces; one aunt; and a host of cousins and friends.
