He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Arthur Barnes Jr. and Olive Frances Barnes (Yost); his wife Judith Marie Miles; his children, William Arthur Scott Barnes IV, Todd Andrew Barnes (Amy Barnes) and Robbin Marie Turco (Randy Turco); his siblings, Garry Barnes, Gregory Barnes and Bonnie Bennett; and his grandchildren, Brenden Turco, Shannon Turco, Ava Barnes, Marston Barnes and Justin Turco. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
