He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Hadder, Sr. and Gertrude Mitchell Hadder; and his siblings, Marvel Hadder, Norma Jean Willis, Kathleen Mitchell, Louette Foskey, Dorian Scott and Patsy Carey.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Harrington (Brad Hastings), Christina Hadder-Weigand and Jerry Hadder (Michelle); his grandchildren, Dayna Harrington, Hanna Harrington, Kole Harrington, Courtney Elliott and Emily Harte; his partner's children, Oscar Griffin (Evelyn) and Jesse Griffin; his grandson Thomas; his sisters, Shirley Aydelotte and Gladys Aldrich; and his grandchildren, Oscar Griffin (Evelyn), Jesse Griffin and Alexander (Thomas). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Billy to Powellville Volunteer Fire Department/Ladies Auxiliary or to Wicomico County Humane Society.
