He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mills and Mary Mills. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Mills; his daughter Jennifer Mobley (Justin) of Edgewater; his siblings, Bick Mills of Jessup, MD and Maureen Killian of Davidson, NC; and his grandson Jackson Mobley.
