He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferd Booth and Olivene Booth; and his siblings, Ferd S. Booth, Jr. (Slim), William P. Booth (Paul), Rosemary Sherbert, Janet Laster and Eva Stepp.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Booth; his children, Bill Booth (Debbie) and Debbie Wicker (Jerry); his grandchildren, Shannon James (Chris), Jerry Wicker II, Caitlin Perkins (Adam) and Haley Cirincione (Mark); his great grandchildren, Macey James, Garrett James, Dustin Wicker, Grayson Perkins, Liam Perkins, Paxton Perkins and Baby Cirincione (October); and his sister Laura Mitchell of Milford, DE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
