She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Oakley Arnold and Robert Arnold, Sr.; her husband James Brookman, Jr.; and her son Raymond James. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Jean Harris-Anderson (James), Larry James Brookman (Dianna) and Wayne Kevin Brookman; her grandchildren, Jeanne Nelson, Stephen and Matthew Brookman; her great grandchildren, Julia Nelson, Cameron, Jude and Andrew Brookman; her sisters, Winnie Colby (Alan) and Thelma Wayson; and her children, Karen and Kenneth Wayson.
