Palaigos (Edgewater, Maryland), born in Annapolis, Maryland, who passed away on May 20, 2025 at the age of 100, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pappas and Effie Pappas (Lewnes); her husband Peter A. Palaigos (Pete); her siblings, Anthony Pappas and Frances; her brother-in-law Apostoli Fassiadis; her niece Maria McCallam; and her caregivers, Deborah Peaks, Marthe Joseph and Cassandra Gross.
She is survived by: her children, Melanie P. Brock (David) of Winter Garden, Anthony P. Palaigos (Linda) of Catonsville and Effie P. Reed (Rick) of Kilgore; her nephew George Fassiadis (Lily) of Alexandria, Virginia.; and her friend Helen. She is also survived by 3 children, 2 daughters and a son, 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
