He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Walthall and Frances Louise Dempsey; his sister Joan Louise Miller Duckett; his nieces and nephews, Ernest Albert, Sharon Louise, Larry Paul and Bonnie Lynn Duckett; and his close friend Joan Louise. He was also cherished by eleven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory (2973 Solomons Island Rd, Edgewater, MD 21037).
