With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jimmy Stewart of Edgewater, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 3, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jimmy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jimmy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glendale Stewart and Bernice Stewart; and his sister Ruth Karimi. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen DePalma Stewart; and his son Michael E. Stewart.
