It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Moreland (Edgewater, Maryland), who passed away on October 4, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Millinor and Peggy Millinor. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Arnold; his children, John, Kimberly, Lynne and Karen; and his sisters, Maureen Spalding (Chuck), Patsy Carey (Brad), Kathy Liskey, Vicky Clark (Denny) and Marianne Poss (Doug). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
