He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Norris, Sr. and Grace B. Norris (Whalley); his sisters, Dorothy Norris and Margaret Elizabeth “Betty” (Norris) White; his wife Teresa A. "Tess" Norris (Erlenbach); and his son Charles "Chip" A. Norris (Valerie).
He is survived by: his children, Nancy A. Walter, Joseph A. Norris, III (Beth) and Teresa "Terri" E. Wood; his grandsons, Evan Wood, Neil Wood, Bryson Norris (Shelly), Samuel Norris and Luke Norris; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy Norris and Peyton Norris. He is also survived by Uncle Joe will be missed by many nephews and nieces.
