He was predeceased by: his father Donald Edward Zinn, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Robbie Jan Zinn; his brothers, Donald Edward Zinn, Jr. of Richland and David Estridge Zinn (Corinne Cornet-Zinn) of Park City, Utah; his niece Rylee Alta Zinn; his nephew Teegan Thayer Zinn of Tooele, Utah; and his close friend Katherine Brady McMillan of Annapolis.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kevin's name to the Stanton Community Center, 92 West Washington Street, Annapolis, MD 21401 would be appreciated.
