She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Apicella and Eleanor Apicella; and her sister Vera Melvin. She is survived by: her husband George Bennett; and her siblings, Rosemarie Hunt, JoAnne Elliott (Jim), Carole Miller (Scott), Jerry Apicella (Carol) and Toni Donovan (David). She is also survived by godchildren, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Our Lady Center, 3301 Rogers Avenue, Ellicott City, MD 21043 in Renee's memory.
