He was predeceased by: his parents, Evangelos Dermatis and Panagiota Dermatis; and his brother Paraskevas. He is survived by: his wife Evangelia; his children, Alex (Jamie) and Panagiota; his grandsons, Jackson and Colton; and his siblings, Yianni (Xrysanthi), Matina, Haralambos and Mina (Panagiota). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
