It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca A. Weber (Edgewater, Maryland), who passed away on March 26, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Rebecca has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Kenneth T. Riso. She is survived by: her children, Katharine Alwishah and Mark Riso; her granddaughter Ranin Alwishah; her siblings, Mary Paget, John Weber and Joan Wilt; Rebecca Weber.
