Though Sylvia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sylvia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Foust and Boyd Foust. She is survived by: her husband Jack Spencer; and her children, Dale Spencer (Mary) and Bruce Spencer (Donna). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.

In keeping with Sylvia's generous spirit, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, in lieu of flowers.
