He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Mullins and Margaret Mullins (Spencer); and his wife Jane Dare Mullins. He is survived by: his children, Gary Mullins, Jr. (Michelle) and Monica Mullins; his grandchildren, Amanda Mullins, Nicolas Mullins (Jessica) and Dakota Swanson; and his great grandchildren, Thomas Mullins, Kendall Swanson and Garrett Swanson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your local animal rescue organization or a veterans' charity of your choice, causes that were close to Gary's heart.
