He was predeceased by: his parents, Furman McDougal and Eleanor McDougal (Covington). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ann McDougal; his siblings, Donald Fox, Linda McLaughlin and Willa Jones; and his aunt Patricia McDougal. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
