He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Ellwood Sullivan and Susie R. Sullivan (Burton); his wife Karen Sullivan (Mullins); and his siblings, Audrey Elaine Mumpower, William Allen Sullivan Sr. and Gary Wayne Sullivan.

He is survived by: his daughters, Mindi Holbrook (Jeff) and Kimberly Wilson (Mark); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Holbrook, Jr., Mark Wilson and Karen Towles; and his siblings, Grant Elwood Sullivan Jr., Linda Carrol Mairose, Judith Yvonne Blevins, Valerie Joy Blevins and Jeanine Sue Smith. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
