We announce the death of Mullins Jc of Edgewood, Maryland, who passed away on September 20, 2026, at the age of 84. Mullins will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin Mullins and Ota Mullins; and his wife Mabel "Mickey" Cunningham of West Virginia. He is survived by: his daughters, Jeana Essery (Andrew) and Tracy Phass (Jason); his grandchildren, Tyler Phass (Holly), Kyle Phass (Morgan), Hunter Phass, Colton Phass (Ola) and Rebekah Walker (Josh); his great grandchildren, Arlo Phass, Rhett Walker, Cyprian Phass, Felix Phass, Solome'Phass, Naomi Phass, Evelyn Phass and Janie Walker; and his brother Michael Mullins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Abingdon-McComas Family Funeral Homes (1317 Cokesbury Rd, Abingdon, MD 21009). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at the Holly Hill Memorial Gardens (10201 Bird River Rd, Baltimore, MD 21220).
