She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Rees and Una Dorothy Rees (Winter); her husband Dominick Rocco Santangelo; and her sisters, Patricia Giltz and Margaret Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa L. Johnson (Christopher); her grandchildren, Christopher Johnson, Jr. and Stephanie Houck (Tommy); and her brother Brian Rees.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Abingdon-McComas Family Funeral Homes (1317 Cokesbury Rd, Abingdon, MD 21009). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (1450 Abingdon Rd, Abingdon, MD 21009). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery (1100 Philadelphia Rd, Joppatowne, MD 21085).
