She is survived by: her husband Michael Duke; her children, Bethany Macomber (Zachary) and Jeff Duke (Katie); her granddaughters, Lily Macomber and Lyla Macomber; her sister Kathleen Heins; and her nieces and nephews, Joshua Heins, Jacob Heins, Rachel Cheney, Hannah Martin and Mary Heins.
