We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2023, at the age of 96, Isabelle E Smith-Payne of Eldersburg, Maryland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Isabelle E Smith-Payne to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Millard "Marty" Smith; her former life partner Eugene L. Payne Born; her parents, Elwood Barnhart and Hester Hornbaker Barnhart; and her siblings, Mabel Harrison, Jobie, Glen "Sony" Barnhart and Violet "Tomi" Homens.

She is survived by : her stepdaughters, JoAnn Benjamin of Westminster and Barbara Auer of Catonsville; and her siblings, Kenneth Barnhart of Mt. Airy, Ronald Barnhart of Pasadena and Lolita Renehan of Thurmont. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
