Buckingham of Eldersburg, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd E. Buckingham and Ethel M. Buckingham. She is survived by : her son Ronald Smith, Sr. (Coretta); her sisters, Rita Buckingham and Virginia Horner (Lorn); and her grandchildren, Ronald Smith, Jr., Matteo Smith and Gianna Smith.
