It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Alberta Whisman of Eldersburg, Maryland, who passed away on June 17, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Frank W. Whisman, Jr.; her parents, James Elmer and Mary Helen Gingell (Bailey); and her daughter Debra White. She is survived by : her sons, William Edward Whisman and Frank Alan Whisman; her daughters-in-law, Doral and Valerie; her grandsons, Lucas Whisman, Kevin Whealton and Blake Whisman; and her great grandchildren, Annabelle and Russell.
