He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Smith; his grandmother Helen Givens; and his cousin Steven Ray Givens. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lyn Smith; his daughters, Melina Rae and Madelyn Elyse Smith; his siblings-in-law, Christine Lowe (Len) and Paul Goldsholl (Christina); his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Kyle (Mikayla), Matthew, Trent, Bryson, Gianna and Beckett; and his father-in-law Paul Goldsholl (Susan). He is also survived by his wife and daughters.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at 5975 Exchange Dr, Eldersburg, MD 21784.
