He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Underwood; his parents, Floyd Underwood and Bernice Underwood; and his sister Nancy Gish. He is survived by: his children, Scott Underwood, Shawn Underwood, Mark Underwood, Melissa Dick and Teresa Kelly; and his stepchildren, Stephen Beares and Sheila Philip. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
