He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert B. Jarrett and Natalie B. Jarrett (Fluck); and his brother Robert Benjamin Jarrett. He is survived by: his wife Sara Ruth "Sally" Jarrett (Stanton); his sons, Dean Guy Jarrett (Jinny) of Sykesville, MD and Scott David Jarrett (Patricia Louise) of Pasadena, MD; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Z. Jarrett and Amber Q. Jarrett.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newman Funeral Homes (179 Miller St, Grantsville, MD 21536). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
