With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Timothy E. Phelps Sr. (Elkridge, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 25, 2025 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Calhoun Phelps Sr. and Helen Wilhelmina Phelps; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Phelps; his children, Debbie (Mike), Jeannette (Bryan), Pam (Kenny), Timmy Jr., Marcy, Chucky (Gina), Tommy and Tammy; and his siblings, Rosemary, Joe, Dave and Ed. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Meadowridge Memorial Park (7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
