He was predeceased by: his parents, William Calhoun Phelps Sr. and Helen Wilhelmina Phelps; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Phelps; his children, Debbie (Mike), Jeannette (Bryan), Pam (Kenny), Timmy Jr., Marcy, Chucky (Gina), Tommy and Tammy; and his siblings, Rosemary, Joe, Dave and Ed. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
