He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hubbard and Anna Hubbard. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Hubbard; his son Michael Hubbard; his sister Joan Fallin; his sister-in-law Patty Moran (Patrick); and his nieces and nephews, Julie, Jamie, Mark Fallin, Amy Blackmon and Steven Moran.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Friends of Anne Arundel County Animal Care and Control, reflecting Bill's love for animals.
