She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Broadwater and Mary Baker Perkins; her husband Richard H. Mahoney; her son Richard R. "Dickie" Mahoney; and her brother C. Duane Broadwater.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Mahoney (Lauren) of Elkton, MD, Mark Mahoney (Vivian) of Elkton, MD and Karen Handy (Mike) of Elkton, MD; her daughter-in-law Judy Mahoney of Elkton, MD; her sister Tish McCormick (Tom) of North Liberty, IN; and her sister-in-law Dea Broadwater of Elkton, MD.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
