It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean Ditzler of Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on May 7, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Foster and Mary Poorman Foster; her husband Nelson Ditzler; and her great grandchildren, Jayden Thompson, Jamison and Maverick Vandenbosch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dorene Zervas (Chris) of Newark, DE, Annette Clark of Tyler, TX, Gail Beck (Mark) of Elkton, MD and Denise McGee (Steve) of North East, MD; her grandchildren, Meghan, Madeleine, Jeffrey, Devin, Jordan, Victoria and Alycia; and her siblings, Barbara Grove (John) of Huntingdon, PA, Donald Foster (Joy) of West Decatur, PA and Harold Foster of Robesonia, PA.. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
