It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Brooks (Elkton, Maryland), born in Merced, California, who passed away on July 5, 2018, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Jason Thomas Brooks; and his uncle Lance Dean Broad.
