He is survived by: his wife Sandra Corcoran Moore; his children, Dennis Moore (Wendy) of Milford, DE, Douglas Moore (Mary) of Elkton, MD, Kathy Page McCarthy, Sharon Downward (Larry) of Middletown, DE, Erik Frank (Joanna) of Elkton, MD, Anthony Frank of Elkton, MD, William Frank of Sarasota, FL and Stephanie Kerr of Claymont, DE; his siblings, Carl Moore (Evelyn), Lorraine England, Norma Roberts and Shirley Orr (Sam); his daughter-in-law Joanie Page; and his sister-in-law Reba Moore. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hicks Home For Funerals (103 Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at the Cherry Hill Methodist Cemetery (33 Elk Mills Rd, Elkton, MD 21921).
