He was predeceased by: his parents, Chess Shrewsbury Sr. and Alli Blankenship Shrewsbury. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Peterson Shrewsbury; his children, Angela Guns, Scott Shrewsbury, Bryan Shrewsbury and Delston "Dale" Shrewsbury; and his sister Rachel Chester. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
