He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. Mitchell and Mary Jane Mitchell (Dandoy); and his daughter Nikki Paynter. He is survived by: his wife Peg Mitchell (Pennypacker); his children, Edward Mitchell and Jessica Creek (Josh); his grandchildren, Reagan, Roslynn, Joshua, James and Jacob; and his siblings, Pat Cox, Donna Skomorucha and Howard Mitchell (AnnMarie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
