He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stimmel and Martha Stimmel (Delouney); and his daughter Maureen Decker. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Snyder Stimmel; his daughters, Roni McNairn (Duane) and Robin Souders (Bill); his grandchildren, Jordon McNairn (Mason Frazier), Connor McNairn (Hollie), Zoe Decker and Ian Decker; and his great grandchildren, Talmadge and Atley. He is also survived by family, particularly his grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Rest Haven Cemetery.
