He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sice and Lillian Sarah Van Sice (Smith); and his siblings, Howard Van Sice and Evelyn Meck. He is survived by: his wife Ellen A. Van Sice (Anderson); and his daughters, Deborah Betancourt (Fred) of Lewes, DE, Juanita Singleton of Lake City, FL, Lisa Varnes of Newark, DE and Lisa Cilento of Port Deposit, MD.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of North East.
