He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Sampson King; his daughters, Deborah Phelps of Elkton, MD and Donna Nunley of Elkton, MD; and his siblings, Shirley Williams and James Cooper. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
