She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Nocke and Evelyn Pierson Nocke; her husband Clarence "Bob" Webb Sr.; her children, Clarence "Bobby" Webb Jr., Daniel "Reds" Webb and Judith Webb Lockard; and her siblings, Annabelle Markley, Jane Fries, Mary Hoopes and Henry Nocke.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey T. Webb (Kalli) of Elkton, MD; her children-in-law, John Lockard of Elkton, MD and Wendy Webb of Elkton, MD; and her sister Josephine Gillen of Kansas City, KS.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
