He was predeceased by: his father Emil Louis Krautter Sr.; and his siblings, Melissa May Krautter, John Michael Krautter and Tracy Kenneth Krautter. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy E. Thompson (Albright); his sons, Emil Louis Krautter III (Jenna Campbell) and Joseph Lee Krautter; and the mother of his children Peggy Hitchcock. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
