Burke (Tionna) of Newark, DE; his granddaughter Marie E. Smith of Newark, DE.; his siblings, Doris Ann Bias, Charlotte Earl, Shirley Hill, Leon Burke Sr. (Sandra) and Donald Brooks (Thelma); his father-in-law Reverend Allen O. Smith Jr. (Rosalyn); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Earl (William), Betty Clayton and Carolyn Earl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
