He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy D. Miller and Shirley M. Miller (Tollinger); his son Anthony D. Miller; and his brother Ricky Miller, Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Norma Miller; his daughters, Amanda Wallace and Ashley Miller; and his grandsons, Jayden, Xander and Lucas.
