She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Cebula and Esther Vandegrift Cebula; her husband Charles Samuel Dunlap, Sr.; her son Charles Samuel Dunlap, Jr.; and her siblings, Emily Reeves, Frank Cebula, Esther McCall, Robert "Dippy" Cebula, Lillian Clarke, Victor Cross and Collins Cross.

She is survived by: her daughter Judith Irene Gibson (Cossie) of Elkton, MD; her grandchildren, Charles Cossie Gibson, Judith Irene Swyka and Julianne Renee Gibson; her great grandchildren, Julianna Marie Swyka and Laina Marie Gibson; her brother Stanley Cebula; and her brother-in-law Howard (Sandra Dean) of Elkton, MD. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
