He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Sheets and Lucille Hylton Sheets; his wife Arbulas Sheets; his grandson Jacob Sheets; and his brothers, Kenneth, Fred and Doug.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Sheets of Milford, DE, Gregory Sheets (Amanda) of Wilmington, DE and Steven Sheets (Tina) of Elkton, MD; his grandchildren, Jayme Freeman, Kayla Ross (Tim), Nicholas Sheets, Zachery Crescenzo and Gavin Nersasian; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Sund and Harper Ross.
