He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Cornett and Malinda Long Cornett; his wife Doris Jeanne Leonard Cornett; and his siblings, Lillie Parks, Carl Cornett, Claude Cornett, Pauline Wright, Anna Mae Russell, Mary Corriston, Lucia Cornett, Pearl Hash, Grover Cornett, Wayne Cornett, Estel Cornett and Ora Lee Anderson.
He is survived by: his brother Bill Cornett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
